A Sample Reflection Essay on Leadership According to Leadership

A Sample Reflection Essay on Leadership According to LeadershipMy online friend, Michael Northouse, sent me a sample reflection essay on leadership according to leadership. I've read so many of the examples online that I'm tempted to just go ahead and copy the authors word for word. Well, maybe I won't because I would also like to share with other aspiring leaders some of the things that I've learned from him.In his sample essay, Michael Northouse makes a lot of good points about writing and reading as part of the process of improving one's skills. He offers advice for preparing yourself for the exam by having lots of practice exams, and he gives instructions for what to write when taking a reflection test.He makes a point of saying that as a reflective leader, he has a responsibility to be honest in his dealings with employees. When he is providing a service, he doesn't take advantage of their trust or even think about their trust before doing what he feels is the right thing to do, and so in his sample essay, he offers his examples of how he's treated others with honesty. He also says that when he is looking to hire someone for a position, the reflective leader will look for not only their past work experience, but their references, recommendations, and work habits as well. He offers several examples of how his chosen employees performed their jobs and how they handled themselves on the job.For example, when reading his sample reflection essay on leadership according to leadership, he points out that he used to look at the person's resume and skill list and decided what part of the person was their best. Then he wrote a long paragraph describing the strengths and weaknesses that the person possessed. If there were any problems in that paragraph, he didn't let on about them and just mentioned the positives and negatives, and included his perspective on whether or not they should be hired. He talks about being a reflection's coach for other people, and teaches h is clients to do the same thing. He tells his clients that they need to prepare their thoughts, and he points out that the writing is difficult for most people to do and can be painful. The coach provides a number of examples, and his comments on the examples are very helpful. His article offers the reader many suggestions for taking reflection tests, the types of questions they may ask, and how to prepare for these tests. The essay includes a helpful link to the student guidance office, and a link to the student information center that can be used for guidance and assistance.I hope that one of the readers who reads this will use it and take it as a model for his next project. I can tell you right now that I've already found a project that he has suggested I do, and I'll be using his advice and a few of my own ideas.
